Grant is an ETA veteran, having executed a successful search with his wife, Julia. Grant has started businesses 10 times, including Nonprofit Megaphone, a 60-person digital marketing agency serving nonprofits. Based in Chicago, Grant actively leads the firm’s investment decisions and post-close searcher support.
Director of Business Development & Partnerships
Anna brings a wealth of cross-functional expertise in sales, consulting, program management, and fundraising. Based in the greater Washington, DC area, she focuses on forging strong relationships with investors, partners, searchers, and sellers. She’s a thoughtful communicator, sharing industry insights and boosting internal culture.
Chief of Staff
Peter steers operational excellence at Entrepreneurial Capital. With a strong background in HR, financial strategy, and scaling growing businesses, he is EC’s Jack-of-all-Trades. Peter leads our Preferred Searcher Program, providing free support for vetted pre-LOI searchers.
Investment Analyst
Abdullah supports diligence, research, and operational analysis across EC’s investments and searcher ecosystem. He brings experience working with B2B companies, agencies, and startups across U.S. and U.K. markets, with a strong focus on outcome-driven execution and ownership.
